the staff were quite helpful and knowledgeable about local public transport i needed directions and they were very clear the room was clean and the bed was comfy after a long day of travel
the room faced the street and the trams were quite loud it was hard to fall asleep initially the bathroom was small and the sink splashed water easily

the hotel's location proved quite beneficial , as it was very close to the main train station. the room itself was clean and of a good size , and i particularly appreciated the closet space provided.

The staff was kind. they helped me navigate the city and offered useful tips. i especially appreciated their quick responses to all requests, including arranging transportation. The hotel's location was also ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. i could easily explore the surroundings.
the street outside was quite noisy. the tram sounds often disrupted sleep, especially during early morning hours. i found it challenging to fully relax.
